Sultans of Delhi, Suris, silver rupee of Sher Shah (1538-1545 AD), Bhanpur mint, AH 950, not listed in G&G, 11.01g. Obv: Shahada in rectangular border, names of Rashidoons and their titles around. Rev: In rectangular border Arabic legend al-Sultan Sher Shah Khallada Allah Mulkahu, with AH date in top left corner and Nagari legend Sri Serasahi in a compartment with diamond-shaped knot; other titles around, mint-name in the left margin.
Very fine, Very rare.
