Nizam Shahi Sultans of Ahmadnagar, Silver coin of Burhan Nizam Shah II (1591-1595 AD), Burhanabad Mint, 6.85g. of exceptional numismatic importance, unpublished and unique so far. Obv: Shia version of Kalima (with 'Ali Wali Allah' added) in multi-lobed 'Mihrabi' names of Shia Imams in the margins. Rev: Arabic legend Zarb Burhanabad Sanah in circle, truncated marginal inscription not fully read but appears to have the name of the ruler al-Sultan Burhan Nizam Shah. 2nd Specimen known so far.
