B. Ancient Tapi Valley, 4.1g, uninscribed lead coin from Prakashe, dist, Dhule, Maharashtra, c. 200-150 BC. obv; has standing human figure with other symbols and rev; bears, elephant shaking a tree in a railing with its trunk, Ujjain symbol above its back.
C. Vidisha/Eastern Malwa, 4g, c. 200-150 BC copper punch-marked coin in the name of 'Damabhadra', king of Vidarbha. Four punches on obv; 'Ujjain symbol', river with fishes, tree in railing and legend; a single die-struck 'Damaru' symbol on rev. (3 Coins) |
