Obv: helmeted and cuirassed bust of king, facing left, Bactrian legend ShAONANOShAOOOEShKI partly visible; Rev: Moon god 'Mao' with crescent moon behind shoulders, standing holding spear and making a gesture of blessing; left arm resting on hip. Tamgha in left field, Bactrian legend MAO to right.
