Obv: Farsi hemistich badhar bad rawaan ta falak buwad dar dur [In the World been current, will be till Heaven in the times] with RY date. Rev: Farsi hemistich ba naame shahe jahangir sikka-e-lahore [By the name of Shah Jahangir, (this) coin of Lahore]. The couplet means - This coin, having been current in the world, will be till Heavens, by the name of King Jahangir.
An excellent example with rich iridescent cabinet patina and decorative floriated field on both sides.
