Post-Mauryan tribal republics, Yaudheyas - copper coin struck in the name of 'Brahmanya Deva' as tutelary deity of the clan (c.50BC-50AD), similar to PAIC 1630/31, 6.10g. Obv: single-headed Karttikeya standing facing holding a javelin, with hand on hip; Brahmi legend Bhagavato… to left. Rev: deer facing right, traces of temple to right; Shrivatsa above and a wavy line below.
Good very fine for the type, Rare.
