Ancient Central Malwa, Vidisha region - post-Mauryan die-struck monarchical coin of Vasumitra, possibly a king of the Kanva dynasty (c.200-100 BC), PAIC 920, 5.04g. Obv: river goddess standing facing holding a pair of fish; Brahmi legend Vasumi… to right. Rev: tree-in-railing with a lotus and a Nandipada on either side.
