Ancient Vidarbha - uninscribed die-struck coinage of post-Mauryan period, 'Gajalakshmi' type, Pauni region, (c. 200-150 BC), PAIC 2299-2300, 1.47g. Obv: Goddess Lakshmi standing on a lotus, lustrated by two elephants also standing on lotuses. Rev: Sacrificial standard in railing and a wheel with arrow-spokes to its left.
