Extremely fine, Extremely rare.
A very similar example of a 1/8 rupee was offered at our Auction 44 as lot 313. Likely struck after Shahjahan was deposed at the end of his reign and after the defeat of Shah Shuja'a (whose issues precede this period) by Aurangzeb.
