Ancient Malwa, post-Mauryan die-struck coinage, Ujjain/Mandasor region, copper coin of 'seated goddess' type, (c.100 -50 BC), not listed in AICR and Kothari, 0.93g. Obv: Goddess seated frontal on a lotus, with one hand on the hip and the other holding a lotus. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol in a rectangle, dotted border around.
