Jams of Nawanagar (Jamnagar), silver kori, in the name of Muzaffar Shah, Sultan of Gujarat, with fixed date AH 978 and Devanagari legend Shri Jam Jee below the name of the sultan, 4.70g.
Good very fine, Very scarce.
The Nagari legend is engraved with thin characters and as such this is likely to be an early issue of the Jadejas of Nawanagar, katar mintmark on reverse.
