Ancient Malwa, Mandasor-Dashpur region - post-Mauryan local monarchical coinage, copper coin of Bhumimitra, (c.250-200 BC), PAIC 2406, 2.96g. Obv: Elephant shaking a branch of a tree in railing with raised trunk; traces of Nandipada and small 'Ujjain' symbol above. Rev: Small 'Ujjain' symbol in centre; Brahmi legend Raño Bhumimitasa inscribed anticlockwise retrograde.
