Humayun (First reign, 1530-1540 AD) - silver ½ shahrukhi, Lahore mint (fully visible), AH 946, 2.65g. Obv: Shahada in quadrilobed cartouche, names and titles of Rashidoons around. Rev: In scalloped cartouche, the emperor's name Muhammad Humayun Ghazi with AH date below, mint-name and other titles in margins.
Very fine, Very rare.
Fractional Shahrukhis of Humayun are very rare and this appears to be struck towards the very end of his first reign, in the year before his flight from Agra.
