Archaic silver punch-marked coinage, Son valley series, attributed to 'Vatsa Janapada', (c.500-400 BC) - silver karshapana, Hardekar 2019 - SN. 20 and 21, 2.99g. Obv: Four symbols in ABCD configuration - 1. 'scorpion' with taurine in it, 2. sun, 3. elephant standing facing left, 4. six-armed symbol. Rev: traces of an undertype.
