Extremely fine, Extremely rare.
Udaya Marthanda varman was a successor of Veera Kerala varman and struck coins in the same type. He was a subordinate ally of the imperial Cholas. Only very few coins of Udayamarthanda are known and this is the first one offered in any auction. His issues are extremely rare.
