Satavahanas, 'lion' type copper coin from Nasik region attributed to Siri Satakani (c.100-50 BC), similar to PAIC 2597, 5.55g. Obv: lion standing facing left, Swastika above; traces of Brahmi legend Raño Siri… above Swastika. Rev: tree with broad leaves-in-railing and a modified 'Ujjain' symbol placed besides each other, both visible in part.
Good very fine, Very scarce.
