Kakatiyas of Warangal, gold gadyana with title 'Daya-gaja-Kesari', (c.1200-1300AD), MNC 679-683, 3.52g. Obv: nine punches out which six are visible - boar to left, Kannada letter Shri, 2 x lotus symbols, Telugu legend Daya, Telugu legend Gaja/Kesari.
Very fine, Extremely rare.
The title 'Daya-gaja-kesari' was adopted by a number of Kakatiya rulers including Pratapa Rudra I, Queen Rudramma and Ganapati Deva.
