Kausambi/Vatsa region, uninscribed cast copper coin, 'lanky bull' type, Pieper 976, 2.15g. Obv: 'Lanky bull' walking to left, triangle-headed standard in front, Nandyavarta symbol above. Rev: Tree-in-railing in centre, Nandipada and wheel to left, traces of 'Ujjain' symbol and swastika to right and a six-arched hill below.
Extremely fine, Rare.
This is a fractional denomination in the 'lanky bull' type and highly unusual to come by in such a well-preserved state.
