Pallavas of Kanchi - unattributed 'bull' type coin of alloyed copper, most likely of the period of Mahendravarman I (c.580-630 AD), not listed in Krishnamurthy, 1.36g. Obv: Bull standing facing right, traces of legend above. Rev: An elaborate 'Chakra'-like symbol, with straight and curved spokes, set within a lotus-like border.
