Ancient Malwa, Ujjain region, post-Mauryan uninscribed die-struck heavy weight copper coin, 'standing man' type, (200-150 BC), not in Pieper, 9.84g. Obv: Man standing frontally, holding staff and water-pot, tree-in-railing to left, wavy river with fishes below and 'Ujjain' symbol partly visible to right. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with concentric orbs, with small taurines in quadrants.
