Very fine, Very rare.
Stylistically, this coin is linked to the 'U'-shaped fanams, which usually bear three punches. It is in a typological sense only one arm of the 'U' with a punch at the top and bottom. 'Malli' might be part of the ruler's title, but it also means a 'warrior'.
