Vishnukundin-style coinage from Northern Maharashtra/Vidarbha, 'Bull' type fractional coin in alloyed copper attributed to 'Ranavigraha', most likely a local Rashtrakuta ruler, (600-800 AD), 0.99g. Obv: Bull facing right in dotted circle, Brahmi legend …Rana… above its hump. Rev: Kalasha (vase of plenty) placed on a pedestal between two lampposts.
