Archaic silver punch-marked coin, Godavari Valley region, usually attributed to 'Ashmaka Janapada', ½ Karshapana, ABBC configuration, (400-350 BC), not listed in Rajgor, 1.46g. Obv: Four punches: 1x elephant facing left, 2x treskelis with fishes around, 1x palm tree branch. Rev: Traces of an undertype (2x rayed crescents visible).
