Gujarat, uninscribed lead coin probably attributed to the Gurjaras of Bharuch, post-Gupta period, c. 6th-7th century AD, 2.53 gm. Obverse has a seated lion and reverse shows a Shankha shell.
Very Fine, Rare.
Coins of similar types have been found in excavations at Karvan and Kamrej near Vadodara.
