Yadavas of Devagiri, Mahadeva (1261-1270 AD), gold punch-marked Asu or 'Padma Tanka', 3.83g. Obv: Six punches: 2x kannada letter 'Shri', 1x sankha shell, 1x lotus in centre, 1x boar to right & 1x nagari legend Mahadeva with a bow below. Similar to MSCI-I no. 288, a small hole near boar.
Very fine, Rare.
This coin has an additional punch of a boar and bow below the name of the king - both unusual features.
