Graded as SP 63 by PCGS, Extremely rare.
This design was not issued in public circulation. Crude Bi-metal planchets were used to mint these patterns. Probably these BI-Metal flans were not cost effective to the Issuing Authority and hence until today, no BI-Metal 5 Rupee coins are issued for public circulation.
