About extremely fine, Very rare.
The coin bears typical marks - a fish to the right of the RY and a crescent in second line obverse legend - of Najibabad mint. But it also has an interesting additional mark on the reverse to the left of the RY - a five-pointed star conjoined with the Persian letter 'suad'/'zuad'.
