Western Kshatrapas, Kshaharata house, arsenical copper coin of Nahapana (c.33-78 AD), Nasik region, similar to Fishman 6.4 but different legend and legend arrangement, 4.34g. Obv: Elephant facing to right, a thunderbolt above its back and an arrow placed vertically in front; Brahmi legend Raño Kshatrapasa Kshaharatasa Nahapanasa to right. Rev: A tree with broad leaves in a railing.
Very fine+, Very rare.
An excellent example of this rare type, with a clear a readable legend which is not listed by Fishman.
