Chandra dynasty of Arakan, silver unit of Yutichandra (c.400-500AD), unlisted in MATEC, 7.95g. Obv: within a border of bold dots, bull seated facing right; Brahmi legend Yutichandra above. Rev: Shrivatsa with floral scrolls emanating from the top within dotted border.
Very fine, Extremely rare.
The king Yutichandra is not known from any other coins so this is apparently a new name added to the repertoire of Arakanese Hindu coins.
