Lesser Satavahanas of Banavasi, copper coin of Mulananda (200-250AD), unpublished in major sources, 6.07g. Obv: six -arched hill above a wavy line; Brahmi legend Raño Mulasa. Rev: tree in railing with decorative features on either side.
Very fine+, Rare.
The legend on this coin omits the '-ananda' suffix to the ruler's name. This is an extremely rare variation in this series. Mulananda's coins in metals other than lead are also very rare.
