Satavahanas, Siri Satakani (100-50 BC), alloyed copper 'elephant' type coin from Nasik region, 8.68g. Obv: elephant walking to left, horizontally placed triangle-headed standard in front, border of Swastikas and fishes alternating below. Rev: a tree with large leaves in railing and a modified 'Ujjain' symbol placed besides each other, countermarked with large Swastika.
Very fine, Rare.
