Nayakas of Gingee, copper coinage in the name of 'Rama Raya', (1600-1650 AD), not listed in MCSI, 2.81g. Obv: goddess, half composed of a human body and half of a bird, playing a musical instrument. Rev: dagger, sun and moon in centre; crude Devanagari legend Rama Raya around.
