Very fine, Rare.
The year AH1119 witnessed the death of Aurangzeb and power struggle between his sons 'Azam Shah, Shah Alam Bahadur and Kam Bakhsh. Since the coin is anonymous it is impossible to say under which of these three rulers' authority it was struck.
