Bengal Sultan, Jalal al-Din Muhammad, 2nd reign (1418-1432/33), Silver Tanka, legend in Tughra on both sides, date and mint crudely engraved but not read, similar to G&G B-363 (Gold Tanka) and B-370 (Silver Tanka), 10.74g.
Very Fine, Rare.
G&G list the types as 'No mint' or mint-less types, but there is a word on this coin that can be read as Khazana – however it is also possible that it is also the word muslimeen crudely engraved. The date beyond that word looks like 82X, but it is crudely engraved as well.
