Post-Mauryan Vidarbha / Marathwada region, uninscribed 'bull' type die-struck coin attributed to Kutapada (150-100 BC), 2.48g. Obv: Bull walking to right, river with fishes below. Rev: Circle flanked by 'Caduceus' symbol to left within a rectangular border.
Very Fine, Rare.
Although this coin is uninscribed, the stylistic and typological similarities it shares with the inscribed coins of Kutapada make its attribution to the ruler certain.
