Kalachuri feudatories in Northern Karnataka, uninscribed Silver Tara attributed to Barma Bhoopala, Mahamandaleshwara under Sankama Nishshankamalla (1185-1190 AD), ruling at Toragale, 0.26g. Obv: Warrior wielding sword, running to right. Rev: Kannada numeral 2.5.
Very Fine, Very Rare.
Extremely rare and unpublished, the attribution of this Silver Tara to Barma Bhupala is based on the obvious similarity of the obverse to his gold issues.
