The panel in corners bear signature which probably are of State Treasury Officials. Date in central panels is Month Vaishakh, VS 1934. Serial No: 00912. Water-mark paper made by Wiggins Teape & Company, bearing 'LESCHALLAS' inside a coat of arms with year 1877.
Slight torn from left margin otherwise Extremely Fine, Extremely Rare.
