Extremely Fine, Extremely Rare.
This coin is struck to a heavier weight-standard with 'lotus' to the left of the king's head and attributed to 'Chandra Gupta III' by some scholars. Altekar does not list this variety, but describes a similar coin (with Chakra instead of the lotus on obverse) as var. C in Class II.
