Nawabs of Arcot, (1670-1740 AD), Anonymous Heavy Kasu, (Mitchiner: Tamilnadu-Kerala no. 1003), 4.03g. Obv: Fish in circular border. Rev: Two letters in Tamil Grantha(?) script, which probably read Nwa bu/pu?.
Uncirculated, Very Rare.
Mitchiner reads the letters as retrograde Wa Bu but it is evident from this coin that his reading is not conclusive.
