Kushans, Huvishka (155-190 AD), Gold Dinar, issued at his second Gold Mint in Gandhara in the second half of his reign, 7.83g. Obv: King’s right hand before his face. Facing left, a bust emerging from a mountain top. He is wearing a pointed crown, decorated with jewels on the side and front, and with diadem ribbons tied at the back, extending over both shoulders. The king has flames rising from his right shoulder. He is wearing a decorated tunic, with pearled ornaments on arms and chest, under a cloak tied at his neck and draped over his solders. He holds a spear over his left solder and a club in his right hand before his face. His head is haloed; the inscription gives the king's name and titles ShAONANO ShAO OOHShKI KOShANO. Rev: Goddess Ardochsho (goddess of good fortune). The Goddess is holding a cornucopia in both hands has a diadem and wears a long dress covering her feet and a long scarf. The royal tamgha is before the goddess.
