Very Fine+, Rare.
This coin clearly shows vestiges of being counterstruck on an undertype which cannot be recognized satisfactorily. Drachms of Nahapana counterstruck on silver coins of Indo-Parthian rulers Sases and Satavastres are known, and this could well be a similar instance.
