Post-Kushan gold coinage in Bengal (Samatata region), c. 4th-5th century AD, dinar imitating designs of a coin of Kanishka I, 6.35 g. Obv: King standing performing sacrifice at an altar, crude inscription around. Rev: deity resembling goddess Nana standing, label inscription possibly derived from 'Ardochsho' in the left field and a Kushan 'Tamgha'-lie symbol under her extended hand.
