Ancient Malwa, post-Mauryan die-struck coinage, Ujjain region - copper coin of 'Mithuna' type, (c.200-150 BC), PAIC 692, 4.48g. Obv: A man and a woman (Mithuna or 'couple') standing in frontal posture, traces of wavy line below. Rev: 'Ujjain’ symbol with small taurines in each of the orbs.
