Archaic silver punch-marked coin, Tapi-Wainganga Valley region, western borders of the ancient Vidarbha region, ½ 'Karshapana, ABBC configuration, (400-350 BC), not listed in Rajgor, 1.60g. Obv: Four punches in ABBC configuration: 1x elephant facing left, 1x turtle with dots and circles & 2x circle surrounded by four dots and crescents. Rev: Traces of an undertype (crescent with dots below, and circle with ellipsoids visible).
