An excellent example with a bold strike, Without any test-mark, Extremely fine, Exceedingly rare.
Rukn al-Din Ibrahim was one of the shortest-reigning rulers of the Delhi Sultanate. Following the assassination of his father, Sultan Jalal al-Din Firuz Shah Khalji, in 1296 AD, Rukn al-Din Ibrahim was proclaimed Sultan at Delhi by his mother, Malika-i-Jahan. His reign, however, lasted only a few months before he was defeated by his cousin, Alauddin Khalji, who seized the throne and went on to establish one of the most powerful reigns in the history of the Delhi Sultanate. With a rule lasting only a few months, coins struck in Ibrahim's name are historically significant and exceedingly rare, representing one of the most turbulent episodes in the history of the Delhi Sultanate.

Muhammad bin Tughluq ruled the Delhi Sultanate at the height of its territorial expansion, extending its authority over nearly the entire Indian subcontinent. Renowned for his intellectual brilliance and administrative ambition, he introduced sweeping fiscal and monetary reforms, expanded the imperial mint network, and sought to strengthen central control over both northern and southern India.
The Mulk-i-Tilang mint was established following the annexation of the Kakatiya kingdom of Warangal by the Delhi Sultanate. The mint reflects the incorporation of the former Kakatiya kingdom into the Delhi Sultanate, while the mint name, Mulk-i-Tilang ("Kingdom of Tilang"), constitutes one of the earliest numismatic references to Tilang (Telangana). Coins struck at this mint serve as important historical testimony to the expansion of Delhi Sultanate authority into the Deccan.
